ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS HASIL KERJA AUDITOR DI KANTOR POLDA SUMATERA UTARA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh independensi, pengalaman kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kualitas hasil kerja auditor pada Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 31 auditor, diambil dari populasi 41 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 6,345 + 0,656X1 + 0,193X2 + 0,123X3, di mana setiap peningkatan satu unit dalam independensi (X1) akan meningkatkan kualitas hasil kerja sebesar 0,656 unit. Peningkatan satu unit dalam pengalaman kerja (X2) dan motivasi (X3) masing-masing meningkatkan kualitas hasil kerja sebesar 0,193 dan 0,123 unit. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa independensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil kerja dengan t hitung 5,509 > t tabel 0,683 pada signifikansi 0,000. Pengalaman kerja juga signifikan dengan t hitung 1,653 > t tabel 0,683, sementara motivasi memiliki t hitung 1,208 > t tabel 0,683. Secara simultan, variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil kerja dengan F hitung 151,1 > F tabel 4,16 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R² 0,938 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel sangat efektif menjelaskan variasi kualitas hasil kerja auditor.
