Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aims at determining the significant relationship between the pedagogical competence of Christian religious education teachers and the learning outcomes of Christian religious education for Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan in Odd Semester in the academic year 2020/2021. This type of research is descriptive correlational, the population in this study is all Class VIII students who are Protestant Christians SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan Odd Semester Academic year 2020/2021 totaling 30 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 30 people with the sampling technique using total sample. The tool used in data collection is a questionnaire consisting of 21 items, with 4 options before the questionnaire was used; its validity and reliability were tested.
