ANALISIS PENGARUH LEADERSHIP DANPREACHING THE WORD OF GOD TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN IMAN JEMAAT DENGAN PEMBINAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Abstract

The topics discussed in this study can be believed to be important and urgent issues to be discussed about the ministry of the church and the faith of the congregation in the midst of the co-19 pandemic situation. This study aims at finding how much the influence church leadership and the preaching of God's Word that are supported by fostering the faith of the congregation to encourage the growth of the faith of the church. This study was conducted with 75 people as a source of information and data processing of this study using partial least square structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS software. The results show a positive effect of independent variables on intervening variables and dependent variables. Furthermore, the ability of independent variables together can only affect interacting variables by 46%, while if the independent variables together are supported by independent variables, it produces a large effect on the dependent variable of 64%. This shows the great contribution of this formation to grow the faith of the congregation in addition to the role of leader and ministry of God's Word.
