HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL PEMIMPIN DENGAN MINAT BERIBADAH PEMUDA/I DI GEREJA GSJA SEI SEMAYANG
Abstract
This study aims at determining a significant relationship between Interpersonal Communication of Leaders with Youth Interest in Seja Semayang Church. This is a correlational qualitative research and the population in this study is the Youth of the Sei Semayang Congregation of God Church (GSJA), as many as 30 people. The research instrument is Questionnaire. The questionnaire used for data collection is a closed questionnaire totaling 50 items, 4 answer choices (a, b, c and d), which were first tested to find out the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Test requirements analysis of normality data Interpersonal Communication Leaders with normal distribution with the calculation results obtained t count < t table (29,243 < 43.77) and normality data of Youth Interests of Youth in Seja Semayang GSJA Church with normal distribution with the calculation results obtained tcount < ttable (35,364 <43.77). The results of the analysis of the Linearity test of Interpersonal Communication of Leaders with Youth Interests in the Seja Semayang GSJA Church are linear with the equation Y = 33.809 + 0.501x. consulted with t count> t table (25,657> 4.20). Interpersonal Communication propensity test tends to be high leader (30%) and Youth Interest tend to be very high (40%). Correlation Coefficient of Interpersonal Communication of Leaders = 0.691 and = 0.361 at a significant level of 5% with a population of 30 people, then tcount > ttable (0.691 > 0.361) this is the relationship between Interpersonal Communication of Leaders with Youth Interest in Interest / i. To test the significance level statistical tests ("t" test) were obtained = 5.056 and at a significant level of 5% with the number of respondents N = 30 people amounted to 1.697 because tcount > ttable (5.056 > 1.697), then this shows that there is a relationship Significance between Leaders' Interpersonal Communication and Youth Interest in the Seja Semayang Church.
