PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP JENJANG KARIR PADA KANTOR CAMAT TIGA BINANGA KABUPATEN KARO
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyzethe effect of training and compensation on career paths in the TigaBinanga head office, Karo district.Sample consist of 22 people.The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression.Data processing is supported by the SPSS application program.From the results of this study, it is known that training has a positive effect on career paths while compensation has a negative effect on career paths.The effects shown together show that training and compensation have a positive influence on career paths.From the results of the analysis, it is suggested to pay attention to compensation for career paths because compensation can be used in developing future career paths.
