PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING BERBASIS SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS (STEM) DALAM PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan peserta didik serta memberikan kesempatan bagi mereka untuk mengimplementasikan Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) yang berbasis pada Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) dalam konteks pengolahan air limbah. Topik yang diangkat dalam PjBL berbasis STEM ini adalah pengolahan air limbah, dengan mempertimbangkan kesesuaian tujuan pembelajaran bagi siswa serta masalah kualitas air yang ditemukan di wilayah Binjai. Sebanyak 94% peserta memberikan respons positif pada akhir kegiatan dan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep yang signifikan.
