LAPORAN KASUS: KISTADENOMA OVARII SEROSUM DISERTAI KISTA ENDOMETRIOSIS PADA OVARIUM KIRI
Abstract
Kistadenoma ovarii serosum merupakan tumor epitel ovarium. Kista endometriosis merupakan bentuk ekstrem dari endometriosis. Kami melaporkan seorang pasien berusia 63 tahun dengan kista ovarium kiri berukuran 25 cm x 21 cm x 13 cm. Pasien datang ke IGD RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro karena keluhan nyeri perut yang semakin memberat. Mempertimbangkan usia dan status menopause, kami melakukan tindakan total abdominal hysterectomy dan Bilateral Salphingo-Oophorectomy (BSO) serta dilakukan kistektomi tanpa adanya komplikasi. Pada pemeriksaan histopatologi, kista terkonfirmasi kistadenoma ovarii serosum disertai kista endometriosis. Pada kasus ini, dilakukan tindakan total abdominal hysterectomy dan Bilateral Salphingo-Oophorectomy (BSO) agar mencegah berkembangnya kista menjadi tumor ganas.
