PERAN SERTIFIKASI ISO 27001:2013 UNTUK SCALE UP BUSINESS STARTUP DELMAN.IO
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini Menganalisis peran sertifikasi ISO 27001:2013 dalam meningkatkan system keamanan informasi database. Menganalisis peran sertifikasi ISO 27001:2013 dalam meningkatkan corporate image delman.io. Menganalisis peran sertifikasi ISO 27001:2013 dalam scale up business delman.io. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus pada startup delman.io. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan sertifikasi ISO 27001:2013 berdampak pada scale up business startup delman.io menggunakan teori service quality. Dalam sistem keamanan informasi database, melalui sertifikasi ISO 27001:2013, keamanan sistem informasi database delman.io memiliki panduan sangat baik dan berhasil dilakukan dalam 2 (dua) tahun kebelakang.
