TANTANGAN UTAMA DALAM SATU DATA KEBIJAKAN IMPOR BERAS
Abstract
Kebijakan impor beras harus didukung dengan data yang berkualitas. Jika impor tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan maka akan merugikan petani atau masyarakat umum di Indonesia. Perpres Satu Data Indonesia (SDI) merupakan langkah pemerintah dalam menyediakan data yang satu dan berkualitas di Indonesia untuk mendukung berbagai program kebijakan pemerintah. Secara umum terdapat empat tahapan/komponen dalam pelaksanaan SDI yaitu perencanaan data, pengumpulan data, pemantauan data dan diseminasi data. Kajian ini memberikan analisis terhadap dua komponen sebagai tantangan utama terkait data kebijakan impor beras, yaitu pengumpulan data dan diseminasi data. Pengumpulan data terkait metode pengumpulan data dan ego sektoral data pertanian. Sosialisasi data terkait pemutakhiran data dan interpretasi data.
