HUBUNGAN KELAINAN REFRAKSI DENGAN RIWAYAT PEMAKAIAN KACAMATA DALAM KELUARGA DI PUSKESMAS PINGGIR JATI
Abstract
Banyak kasus yang di gunakan untuk memperlihatkan bahwa kelainan refraksi ditentukan secara genetik. Anak dengan orangtua yang myopia cenderung mengalami myopia (P=0,001). Hal ini cenderung mengikuti pola dose dependent pattern. Prevalensi myopia pada anak dengan kedua orang tua myopia adalah 32,9%berkurang sampai 18,2% pada anak dengan salah satu orang tua yang myopia dan kurang dari 6,3% pada anak dengan orang tua
