Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas tentang Makanan Pantangan dalam Proses Penyembuhan Luka Perineum di Dusun III Desa Bakaran Batu Tahun 2019

Abstract

Data show that mothers have abstinence habits, such as not eating sea fish, eggs, vegetables, and spicy foods. Many mothers do abstinence during childbirth, in Indonesia. The location of this research is in Hamlet III of Bakaran Batu Village in 2019. This research is a descriptive study. The population is 20 people. The sample technique used is the total population sampling technique. The results show that the knowledge of puerperal mother majority is well-informed, 12 people (60%) and the minority of knowledge less than 8 people (40%). Based on the age of good knowledge at <20 years the number of people (5%) at the age of 21-25 years 4 people (20%) and contributions at the age of 26-35 years 13 people (72%) and the majority of the less knowledgeable of 2 people (10% ) 14 people (70%) and low income as many as 6 people (30%), based on good knowledgeable jobs in civil servants as many as 7 people (35%) and income in self-employment as many as 8 people (40%) and minority in employees as many as 3 people ( 15%). It is suggested to medical officers to be active in providing counseling to postpartum mothers about food abstinence in the process of recovery of perinea wounds and to postpartum mothers to actively seek information about foods that may be consumed during the puerperium specifically for the healing process of perinea wounds.
