Abstract

Currently PT. PLN (Persero) is expanding the distribution network system to improve service to its customers electrical energy needs in particular PLN ULP New Terrain. With the distribution system reliability analysis, it can be seen how the quality of the distribution system is viewed from several types of interference. To improve the quality of customer service, the distribution network system performance is of particular concern as a measure in the continuity of the distribution network in serving the distribution network system. In improving the quality of distribution system, the calculation of the reliability index based on the average interference frequency (SAIFI) and the average disturbance time (SAIDI) are used to make a conclusion.
