EVALUASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR ADOPSI KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (KMS) DENGAN PENDEKATAN UTAUT 2 (STUDI KASUS: PT PEGADAIAN KANWIL I MEDAN)

Abstract

Teknologi telah menjadi alat penting yang mendukung berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam sektor bisnis dan organisasi. Dalam era ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan, Knowledge Management (KM) menjadi strategi utama untuk mendukung pembelajaran organisasi, meningkatkan kinerja, dan menghasilkan inovasi. PT Pegadaian, sebagai perusahaan besar di sektor jasa gadai, telah mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen pengetahuan bernama iLeads untuk meningkatkan budaya pembelajaran dan kompetensi karyawan. Namun, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan iLeads, khususnya fitur self-learning, masih suboptimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi KMS iLeads menggunakan pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT Pegadaian Kanwil I Medan berjumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SMARTPLS4. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Performance expectancy, (2) Effort expectancy, (3) Social influence, dan (4) Facilitating conditions memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention; (5) Habit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention dan use behavior; serta (6) Behavioral intention berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap use behavior.
