ANALISA MODEL BISNIS KANVAS DALAM PENDIRIAN UNISBA BISNIS CORNER
Abstract
Artikel ini akan membahas model bisnis yang diperkenalkan oleh Osterwalder dan Pigneur yang dikenal dengan model bisnis kanvas sebagai alat untuk membantu pengusaha dalam memetakan dan membuktikan secara ringkas mengenai business plan yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan dimana tergambar dengan jelas elemen inti dalam sebuah bisnis. Model bisnis kanvas terdiri dari 9 (sembilan) bagian bangunan skets atau kanvas yang terdiri dari : customer segments, value proposition, channels, customer relationship, reveneu streams, key resources, key activities, key partnership dan cost structure. Dalam artikel ini konsep model bisnis kanvas diimplementasikan dalam konsep bisnis Unisba Halal Corner, yaitu usaha gabungan dari masing-masing keahlian mahasiswa.
